3D RAD is another of those obscure commercial engine for games going at some point in their development cycle to free (the game engine competition is complicated). This engine is basically a version of "hacked up" an engine designed primarily for physical collisions and was acquiring the ability to shaders, animated models, particles, lights, etc.. This engine has in mind especially the automobile or similar games, and the small publisher has is practically designed to generate objects, physical implementation and run some simple logic scripts.
